FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

As we navigate this quarantine and pandemic, gratitude can be a powerful tool for resilience in the face of COVID-19. Research on gratitude has shown that it just might be the single most powerful method for increasing our well-being. There are always things to be grateful for (even now), and gratitude reminds us how special, beautiful and fortunate our lives are, even under stressful or hazardous conditions. As the Covid-19 crisis rages on, it is an excellent time to put Gratitude into practice.

During this time any donations made to A VERY GOOD DEED will be used to purchase Gift Cards to Local Businesses, which will then be donated to community members who are struggling and have unmet needs due to current events.

A Very Good Deed aims to support not only healthcare and essential business employees, facing exposure to the virus on a daily basis, but food service workers who have been laid off due to mandated establishment closures. And of course our teachers, who have worked tirelessly to adapt to the changing conditions of continuing to educate our children (and theirs as well).

Crisis reminds us of how lucky we are and how important it is to take care of ourselves, our communities, and our planet.

To help maximize the support, AVGD will be matching the first $1,000 of donations. So for every dollar you are able to give, AVGD will do the same, essentially doubling your positive impact on our local community.

*DONATIONS CLOSED*
If you wish to help, please click on the link above. From there, you will be able to select an AMOUNT, and then select or write in a LOCAL BUSINESS you'd like to support. Before you complete the donation, there will be a box to write in WHO you want the donation to go to. If this box is left empty, AVGD will select a group on your behalf. Once your donation is received, A Very Dood Deed will take it from there and deliver your Gift Card of Gratitude.
